The grille for light traffic is a panel composed of a hearth and a round panel, manufactured using the electroforged welding process. In Serviacero Comercialwe have standard 1 x 6 m panels, with the possibility of being able to manufacture them as requested by the client, we have two types of smooth and serrated surfaces, the latter also known as non-slip. Our grates can be manufactured in three types of natural finish, black painted and galvanized.
Outstanding advantages of the Light Traffic Grille:
1. Resistance: it is a very light but resistant material, without losing its properties despite the passage of time, thanks to its various finishes it has resistance to corrosion.
2. Safety: due to its non-slip surface, it prevents possible falls or slips, it is an ideal material for humid or liquid conditions.
3. Durability: thanks to the material with which they are manufactured and their finishes, they provide high durability, as they resist oxidation and adverse climates.
4. Versatility: adapts to multiple projects and industries.
5.Ventilation: its open design allows you to maintain air ventilation and allows light to pass through.
6. Easy installation: Because it is a lightweight material, it is easy to transport, move and install, requires little maintenance to be preserved.
7. These advantages make light traffic electroforged grating the ideal material when looking for security, support, ventilation and lightness.
8. Quality: they are manufactured under the ANSI NAAMM MBG-531-17 international standard that regulates the ideal conditions to have a quality grille.
Uses and applicationsof the Light Traffic Grid:
• Public spaces: for the development of sewers, sidewalks, ramps, bridges, parks, parking lots, shopping centers, airports, gardens, sports, public and recreational areas where there is pedestrian crossing.
• Construction: on platforms, floors in warehouses, plants, factories, buildings, bridges, among others.
• Naval and maritime: for the development of docks or corridors, in docks, piers and even refineries.
• Industry: for the manufacture of industrial floors where safety and non-slip floors are sought.
• Architecture: for architecture and urban design projects.
The grating for light traffic is used in various projects due to its versatility and all its outstanding properties.
