Data Management (Measurlink, U-wave, U-wave Bluetooth) The data management system allows us to manage and generate reports of our information captured on production lines through its Windows-compatible Measurlink software.
Measurlink
Measurlink is software that allows us to collect and manage our data, through the capture of information previously obtained in paper reports, measurement equipment and from equipment such as CMM coordinate machines. Mesaurlink has 5 different modules, in which you can collect information in real time and upload images of your pieces in 2D and 3D, analyze the collected data, monitor the processed information, evaluate your information according to the analysis of the Measurement system (MSA) required in ISO/TS 16949 obtaining R&R charts, planning and implementing a calibration program and ensuring the condition of all your measurement equipment.
To achieve data transmission, there are ways to do it either through: USB Input Tool Direct, through a USB connection to our PC we can connect our Mitutoyo equipment to be able to enter our measurement in Excel reports.
U-Wave Bluetooth
U-Wave Bluetooth, an innovative wireless tool to transmit our measurements to a PC, smartphones, tablets, U-WAVE Bluetooth equipment has ergonomic and aesthetic designs that adapt perfectly to Mitutoyo equipment. Through the U-WAVEPAK-BM application available in the Google Play stores, Apple Store, you can manage the devices connected through U-WAVE Bluetooth. The communication distance of a U-WAVE Bluetooth and our PCs is 16 m. (line of sight) and 10 m. (in a factory environment).
U-WAVE AND U-WAVE fit
U-WAVE AND U-WAVE fit is the ideal wireless tool for when in our processes we have more than 10 Mitutoyo measuring devices, together with its powerful U-WAVE-R, the signal from up to 100 devices can be received simultaneously in one Distance 20m (within visible range).
- U-WAVE fit: It is only available for Mitutoyo vernier calipers and micrometers, for all other equipment U-WAVE is recommended.
- USB-ITPAK V2.1: It is a software that facilitates the inspection of serial products through a procedure where data can be entered into an Excel file for analysis.
