Optical comparators are equipment to perform non-contact measurements in a very basic way, since the measurements are generated through light and shadow, which means this equipment generates the measurement of the edges of the pieces projected through light and magnified through lenses. It can be a very versatile piece of equipment since data processing (QM Data) can be implemented in some models, which allows us to generate multiple functions, such as heights, thicknesses, measuring a circle, the distance between centers, or simply making measurements with X, Y axis counters.

• Quick Vision, multifunction vision measurement system, with color image option, autofocus, and measurement programming (CNC), the light of this equipment is LED. All the equipment is highly accurate, but in this case there is a super high accuracy version, as well as 3D image measurement.

• Quick Scope and Quick Image, are smaller equipment, but with a lot of measurement capacity, these devices exist in manual and motorized work table versions, Quick Scope allows us to make measurements by quadrants, and Quick Image, thanks to its telecentric optical system, allows the coupling of images to view a complete piece and be able to make faster measurements.
