Low Carbon Steel (cold rolled)

This is the product obtained by cold rolling pickled hot-rolled steel. The result is an excellent surface finish (specific roughness) and thickness control. These steel rolls undergo a high-temperature annealing process to regenerate the internal structure and achieve specific mechanical properties.

It is low carbon steel whose chemical and mechanical properties are ideal for light stamping (CR1/CS and CR2/FS), medium stamping (CR3/DDS), and deep and extra-deep stamping (CR4/EDDS and CR5).

We have a great variety of grades that meet the requirements of international standards such as ASTM, SAE, EN, NES, etc., as well as automotive standards: GMW, Ford, Chrysler, etc.
