This is a blank stamping process that results in configured blanks, reducing the scrap percentage generated in different processes and logistical costs of having more than one supplier, as well as eliminating the slitting process.

Processing Capability

The press line has the capacity to process rolls up to 30 tons, with thickness from 0.040” up to 0.500”, roll width up to 72”, 1500-STon capacity, 12” Ram stroke, and 62” Shut Height opening.
