It is a steel with high chromium content, with molybdenum and specially developed for hot work operations, however, it can be used in cold work operations; it is characterized by:

• Excellent resistance to wear at high temperatures.
• High resistance when hot.
• Good resistance to thermal fatigue.
• Very good hardenability.
